Phoenix Mountain Oolong (Fenghuang Dancong) is a highly aromatic tea from Guangdong’s Phoenix Mountains, crafted from old, often single-tree cultivars prized for their ability to express distinct natural fragrances. Each batch carries its own personality, with a focus on clarity, elegance, and layered complexity. Lightly oxidized and expertly roasted, this oolong delivers a refined balance of brightness and depth, unfolding gracefully over many infusions.

Flavor: Intensely fragrant with notes that often resemble orchid, stone fruit, and honey, layered over a soft mineral backbone. Hints of peach, citrus zest, and warm sugar emerge with each steep, alongside a delicate roasted finish. The aftertaste is long, floral, and slightly creamy, with a lingering sweetness.
